TKR-Newsletter is maintained and edited by Andreas Grünwald for the
Administrative Law Section at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications
and Media Law, University of Münster (Germany). It is free publication
that is distributed by a Listserv® electronic mailing list. As an international
service based in Germany, most of its material is published in English
and German. The TKR-Newsletter features the weekly "Communications News"
that cover international law and policy developements of relevance to the
media, telecommunications and IT industry. |
